As a MemberClicks Customer Success Manager, you’ll be managing a group of our accounts - driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for their clients and predictable growth for their business by:

  • Delivering and communicating ROI, best practices, and usage Road Maps to our clients our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
  • Quarterbacking user groups, advisory boards, and training sessions so as to provide clients with personal engagement and long-standing relationships
  • Identifying and promoting products offered by MemberClicks that would create value for customers

What We’re Looking For

  • BA/BS  degree
  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in the association industry, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or another client-facing role in technology
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills
  • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Bias for action
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
